Where Ennis Goes for Breakfast
There's a reason Mondo is the highest-rated coffeehouse in Ennis. It starts with the coffee. 3fe, roasted in Dublin, pulled properly every time. But coffee alone doesn't earn you 247 five-star reviews.
Everything at Mondo is made on-site. The savoury scones that half of Ennis talks about. Pistachio croissants still warm from the oven. Pancakes, poached eggs, halloumi toast. The kind of breakfast and lunch menu that keeps people coming back six days a week.
When the shop outgrew its original home, they moved to a bigger space at Merchants Square. More room, same standards.
Walk in any morning and you'll feel it straight away. Friendly staff who actually care, the smell of fresh baking, and proper coffee in your hand before you've finished deciding what to eat. Mondo is where Ennis goes for breakfast. Now you know too.
